These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lets Advertize website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using our services in any way that violates applicable laws, interferes with our services, or impersonates Lets Advertize or its employees.

2. Advertising Disclaimer

Lets Advertize does not guarantee the success of any advertising campaign or marketing effort. Results may vary based on numerous factors outside of our control, including market conditions, competition, consumer behavior, product quality, budget constraints, and algorithm changes by advertising platforms.

We are not liable for any business losses, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or damage to reputation arising from your use of our services or the performance of your advertising campaigns.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Lets Advertize charges fees for professional services including running advertisements, creating marketing materials, developing software, and providing consulting services. Our fees are for services rendered, not for specific results.

All payments made to Lets Advertize for services or products are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to payments for advertising management, content creation, website development, software development, and consulting services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable payment policy.

You are responsible for all advertising spend on third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) in addition to our service fees. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or proposal.

4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services

Lets Advertize may utilize artificial intelligence technologies in providing our services. While we strive to provide the highest quality AI-powered solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Data Security: While we implement reasonable security measures to protect data processed by our AI systems, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Lets Advertize is not responsible for any unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of data processed by our AI systems due to factors beyond our reasonable control.
• Quality of AI Output: Lets Advertize provides high-quality AI-generated code, content, and solutions, but we do not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all AI-generated outputs before implementation.
• Limitations of AI: You acknowledge that AI technologies have inherent limitations and may produce unexpected or unintended results. Lets Advertize is not liable for any damages resulting from limitations, inaccuracies, or errors in AI-generated outputs.
• Third-Party AI Services: When we utilize third-party AI services, those services are subject to their own terms and conditions. Lets Advertize is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party AI services.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Lets Advertize and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our materials without our express written consent.

For custom development projects, ownership of deliverables will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, you will own the final deliverables after full payment, but Lets Advertize retains ownership of all proprietary methods, tools, and processes used to create those deliverables.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

You acknowledge and agree that Lets Advertize may use your data to contact you regarding your projects, services, and account. Additionally, we may share your information with partner companies that are directly involved in your projects. We may also send you promotional offers, business information, newsletters, and other marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or contacting us directly.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Lets Advertize is not responsible for any changes, limitations, or issues related to these third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lets Advertize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our services. In no event will our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us for the services in the last 1 month. Your continued use of our services logically indicates that you were receiving satisfactory results; otherwise, you would have discontinued the services.

10. Termination

Lets Advertize reserves the absolute right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of our services at any time, without prior notice, and for any reason whatsoever, at our sole discretion. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to, suspected violations of these Terms, illegal or improper use of our services, failure to pay for services, or as required by applicable law or regulation.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and any outstanding payment obligations to Lets Advertize will become immediately due. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect after termination of your access to our services.

Lets Advertize is not required to provide any refunds for prepaid services that are terminated before their scheduled completion date, regardless of the reason for termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
